In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
- Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
- Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
- An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
- Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities
- Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
- Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities
Experience supporting and administering F5 Load Balancer environments.
- Hands-on experience with F5 LTM and GTM.
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTPS, SSL, and load balancing concepts.
- Experience with application traffic management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ability to implement upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Experience creating implementation plans, testing, and supporting production deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex network environments.
- Experience working with security controls and SSL certificate management.
- Knowledge of F5 iControl API and application integrations.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and application teams.
Good to have:
- F5 APM and ASM experience.
- AVI / VMware Load Balancer experience.
- Python or Bash scripting.
- Knowledge of BGP and advanced routing concepts.
- Experience with F5 Web Accelerator.
- CCNP or F5 201 certification.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
