You also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

- At least 4 years in information technology
- Experience in Java/J2EE, AWS and agile.
- At least 4 years of experience in Java / J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, messaging Kafka/RabbitMQ, SQL/NoSQL, AWS EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, S3, CloudWatch, ALB/NLB, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform, CI/CD GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab, artifacts, environment promotion, release governance, Observability logs/metrics/traces, performance tuning JVM, GC, connection pools, caching Redis.
- Hands-on SME Led to own BAU (Business as Usual) application operations for a portfolio of Java/J2EE services running on AWS.
- You’ll be the technical point of contact for production, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance while driving continuous improvement across incident, problem, and change management.
- This role blends deep technical expertise (Java/J2EE, AWS, observability), service leadership (Agile), and strong stakeholder communication.
- Experience in databases: PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server.
- Working knowledge in Rest API integration.
- Strong communication skill and experience in AGILE methodologies.
- Experience in collaborating with different teams to produce desired results.
- Able to understand existing system and propose design, solutions and able to develop the code.
- Ready to learn new technologies.
- Knowledge/experience working on AWS is added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in any of this – AWS services/Python/React.
- Experience with Messaging: Confluent Kafka 7.3, Rabbit MQ.
- Any Cloud experience is good to have.
