Serve as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Proven experience delivering complex initiatives as a Endorsement Analyst with US/London Market expertise across underwriting, claims, and operations. Skilled in navigating insurance systems, and modern digital tools while collaborating effectively across global teams in matrix environments. Strong Agile practitioner (SAFe desirable), adept at PI planning and increment-based delivery. Expert in writing user stories, non-functional requirements, and mapping complex processes into actionable change. - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
