In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities ⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements ⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance ⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications ⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards ⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus ⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation ⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. ⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience ⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders Required Skill and Experience Project Manager role Experience Strong experience managing enterprise application or packaged solution implementations. Proven experience in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery models. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Skill and Experience PMP, SAFe, or Agile Project Management certification. Experience working with global, distributed teams. Hands-on experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Exposure to digital transformation, cloud platforms, integrations, and APIs. Additional Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
