In the assigned Job Role of Senior Technologist, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Evaluate project requirements and use cases to deliver high-quality, design, frameworks, and production-ready code work products.
- Design technology frameworks for complex scenarios, develop design patterns and reference implementations. Design reusable assets and conduct design reviews.
- Deliver high-quality code across applications, databases, and integrations.
- Optimize code, debug complex routines, and develop code generators and pilot implementations for reusable components, ensuring defect-free production-ready code.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technology implementations.
- Provide technical guidance to peers and help maintain delivery consistency and code quality
- Identify proof of concepts (PoCs) for emerging programming independently develop PoCs for new technologies and complex modules ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide inputs for multi-technology and multi-language high risk deployments.
- Evaluate and implement technical services to meet high-quality service (QoS) requirements, ensuring alignment with business and IT key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create reusable assets and deliver defect-free, impactful code to achieve quality benchmarks and Zero-Defect Delivery.
- Support complex projects by resolving technical challenges and reducing risk exposure.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
- Support test automation and execute test strategies to drive quality improvements.

Required Skill And Experience
Core development experience in below stacks:
- Experience in Scala or Python or Spark or Hadoop application development
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of projects using Cloudera Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase, Sqoop, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, ELK stack
- Experience in AI-Powered Intelligent Data Integration & Transformation and also expertise in AI-powered data lakes
- Proven experience in architecting and administering Snowflake, Azure, and Google Big Data platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, data integration, and analytics workflows.
- Experience in Categorizing, cataloging, cleansing and normalizing of datasets
- Hands-on experience with platform monitoring, automation, and DevOps tools.
- Experience in managing hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Technical Ability to build bespoke AI agents, multi-agent systems using Python and frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain to build applications tailored to nuanced, real-world business needs.
- Build AI-assisted workflows (classification, enrichment, response generation, decision support) and Implement structured outputs, prompt pipelines, and reliability safeguard.
- Sound Knowledge of Software engineering design patterns and practices
- Experience with Ranger, Atlas, Tez, Hive LLAP, Neo4J, NiFi, Airflow, or any DAG based tools
- Knowledge and experience with Cloud and containerization technologies: Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift and Dockers
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
