Automation Test Lead

Infosys is seeking an Automation Test Lead/ SDET.

As an Automation Test Lead/ SDET, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Chicago, IL or be willing to relocate Chicago, IL.
• At least 4 years of software testing experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Good to have knowledge database automation experience.
• At least 4 years of core java or Selenium Test NG automation experience
• API automation using Bruno / Rest Assured
• Expertise in writing SQL queries, DB Testing, and Automation of Data Comparison testing.
• Agile expertise and experience in Azure DevOps.
• Strong hands on experience and able to design and maintain automation frameworks for UI using Java and Selenium or Playwright with CICD knowledge.
• Hands on experience in automation of Mobile tool/framework.
• Experience in Banking domain.
• Ability to multi-task, meet aggressive timelines and have strong work ethics.
• Good knowledge on testing process (has knowledge on STLC), Agile Experience & test management tools.
• Should know DevOps tools, Jira & confluence – For test artifacts and defect tracking and analyzing dashboard.
• Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner both written and oral.
• Good to have knowledge of Azure concepts
• Candidate will be responsible for quality testing including functional automation, non-functional, UAT and regression, exit and entry level criteria and QA sign off activities before every production release.
• Good knowledge on other testing services -Chaos , Performance testing etc.
• Domain experience in Banking products, Payments, ISO 20022.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
