Associate Client Partner-Financial Services

Infosys is seeking an Associate Manager of Client Services for its Financial Services' Vertical. The Associate Manager-Client Services (AMCS) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The AMCS works together with their manager (Engagement / Sr Engagement / Group Manager of Client Services) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan.

Typically, the AMCS handles a single account / group of accounts / part of a large account with a P&L of $10M.

Role Description:

• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build and nurture a portfolio ~ $10M or more, owns the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions

Cloud & AI Transformation Sales:

• Lead strategic conversations around Cloud Migration, Cloud Modernization, Data Platforms, Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Transformation.
• Position Infosys capabilities and solutions to address client business objectives and technology priorities.
• Collaborate with consulting, solution, alliance, and delivery teams to build compelling business cases and differentiated value propositions.
• Drive large transformation pursuits from opportunity qualification through contract signature.

Client Delivery Assurance:

• Partner with delivery stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure successful execution of client commitments.
• Act as an executive sponsor and escalation point to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support long-term relationship growth through successful delivery outcomes and value realization.

Account Planning & Governance:

• Develop account plans that include client relationship strategies, opportunity pipelines, growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and governance mechanisms.
• Monitor account performance, revenue growth, and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on account priorities and pursuit strategies.

Alliance & Ecosystem Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with hyperscaler partners such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Leverage joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell motions, and partner funding programs to accelerate growth.
• Collaborate with alliance teams to create and execute Cloud and AI-led transformation opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7 years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 10 years of experience
• Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions
• Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers
• Global Delivery Model experience
• Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
• Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
