In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
- Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
- Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs
- Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
- An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
- Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum Framework with strong hands-on experience in Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
- Experience in Sprint Execution & Delivery Management - Driving end to end sprint delivery and timelines
- Experience with Jira / Agile Tools - Managing backlog, sprint tracking, and workflow execution
- Technical Understanding is required
- Performance reporting and status updates
- Progress tracking (KPIs, dashboards, EVM)
- Agile Metrics & Reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
