SiteMinder Admin

Infosys is seeking for a CA SiteMinder Admin. This candidate is responsible for playing In the webAuth team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise-level access management solutions, with a focus on CA SiteMinder, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Active Directory (AD). You will ensure secure, seamless authentication experiences across critical. Applications while supporting infrastructure upgrades and policy configurations.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA Or New york, NY. This position may require travel in the US

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Experience in CA SiteMinder Administration, Patching and upgrading of policy servers ((Policy Server, Admin UI, Agents) .

Expertise on SSO Implementation & Integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

Knowledge on Azure AD

Troubleshoot AD-related access issues, replications and DFSR issues & RBAC expertise.

Administration of Active Directory FSMO, MFA, domain controller patching 3rd part MFA integrations

Preferred Qualification:

Experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the tech industry.

Experience in data security, privacy, and compliance solutions is a must

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer Focus
