Job Description – PLM & MES Product Owner / Manager
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Experience: 5–10 years

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the bridge between business teams, IT stakeholders, and delivery/support teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
Define and prioritize product backlog items in collaboration with stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Ensure alignment with customer-specific requirements and enterprise standards.
Facilitate communication and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Guide the team in resolving technical blockers through close coordination with Enterprise Architecture and other IT teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Willingness to relocate to Irvine, CA, and travel intermittently to other customer sites within the U.S.
Strong functional understanding of PLM and MES systems, preferably within the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem:
3DExperience (PLM) – critical, complex implementation experience preferred
Apriso MES
Deep knowledge of the Discrete Manufacturing domain, ideally within the Aerospace industry.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5–10 years of relevant experience.
Primarily a managerial / functional role — hands-on configuration or development experience is not mandatory, but strong conceptual and implementation-level understanding is required.
Onsite role.
Most Important
Proven experience with 3DExperience PLM, especially in complex enterprise implementations.
Solid understanding of how PLM and MES integrate within manufacturing environments.
