In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skill and Experience
• Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate activities across business, application, infrastructure, cloud, security, testing, and operations teams.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with agreed timelines and objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items.
• Support infrastructure-hardening and secure-configuration activities for cloud compute, storage, network, database, and integration services.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and security best practices.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in Telecommunications, OSS/BSS, or related domains.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, system integrations, or infrastructure platforms.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
