Contract Administrator
Tempe, Arizona
In this role you will be responsible for transition coordination, process training and certifications for the team, talent management related activities, Service Level Agreement compliance and Process compliance. You will also be involved in day-to-day customer interactions, knowledge management and process reengineering activities.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assesses incoming agreements to ensure compliance
- Assesses incoming purchase requisitions
- Interacts with suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure use of appropriate contract template.
- Routes contract for electronic signature
- Prepares and issues agreement termination letters
- Identifies and implements best practices and process improvement opportunities
- Resolves user issues
- Ensures SLAs are met
- Manages quality-related & timely completion of tasks
- Identifies contract renegotiation opportunities
Location: Hybrid in Tempe, AZ.
Qualifications
Basic
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
Preferred
- Experience in contract management
- Experience in Procurement
- Ability to understand supplier contracts, including the structure and contractual clauses
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills
