While our clients are located all over North America, our team enjoys brainstorming professional ideas, sharing foodie recommendations and participating in group outings in the architectural capital, Chicago Illinois, where our US office is headquartered.

Job Description:

· Lead defined workstreams within engagements, applying structured problem solving to complex client challenges

· Own the quality, accuracy and timeliness of assigned deliverables

· Manage workplans, risks and dependencies within your scope; support delivery management and reporting

· Client advisory & stakeholder engagement

· Build trusted relationships with client managers and functional leads through strong day-to-day engagement

· Prepare and deliver clear, structured and executive-ready outputs; support workshops and working sessions

· Influence stakeholders through evidence-based analysis and practical recommendations; contribute to change and adoption activities

· Domain expertise, value delivery & supply chain excellence

· Contribute to advisory work that helps clients improve performance and deliver measurable value, building your expertise across strategic procurement and supply chain advice and value delivery

· Support work that advances supply chain and procurement excellence — improving cost, service, reliability, resilience and governance through practical operating model and process improvements.

· Apply technology-enabled thinking as part of delivery — including data, analytics, platforms and automation, and supporting business adoption of GenAI capabilities where relevant

· Build fluency in modern productivity and AI toolsets as part of how you deliver: Microsoft 365 (including Excel and PowerPoint, underpinned by executive-ready deliverable production and writing skills) and emerging generative and agentic tools and patterns used to accelerate analysis, drafting, and workflow execution

· Team contribution & practice building

· Coach and support junior consultants in day-to-day delivery, lead by example in quality, professionalism and collaboration.

· Contribute to team capability development and knowledge sharing; collaborate with global teams and continuously improve “how we deliver”

· Contribute to proposals, client pursuits and practice initiatives, support development of tools, templates and IP.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the job description

Preferred Qualifications:

· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel analysis and communication in MSWord and MS PowerPoint

· Ability to be based out of our Chicago, IL office.

· Legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

· Ability to travel up to 80% of your time.

· Superior performance in relevant undergraduate studies (e.g. Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, etc.)

· 3 years of prior corporate experience and exposure to supply chain, procurement, operations or strategy
