Infosys is seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Conversions Lead to plan, design, and execute data migration strategies for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations. This role ensures accurate and efficient conversion of legacy data into Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, adhering to project timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience on all tools in Oracle Fusion ERP cloud environment to perform data conversions based on customer requirements. Candidate requires collaboration with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, creating documentation, testing, and resolving issues.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Location for this position is Richardson TX. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud technologies, with at least 3 years in Oracle ERP / SCM Cloud programs.
Good experience in Oracle Cloud technologies, with at least 2 years in Oracle Integration Cloud.
Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Finance, SCM).
Proficiency in FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, and data migration tools.
Hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end data conversion cycles.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain documentation for integrations, configurations, and deployment processes.
Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and best practices.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience.
Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices. Knowledge in ITIL Processes, Incident and Change Management.
