Oracle Cloud Procurement Functional Lead

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Cloud Procurement Functional Lead with extensive experience on Oracle Cloud. This position involves the person to be responsible for solution design and governance of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) global business processes. As an Oracle Cloud Procurement lead, the suitable person will be providing functional inputs and leadership support to the Oracle Cloud (SaaS PaaS) implementation teams in addressing complex SCM business requirements. The selected person will be extensively involved in business process mapping, assist in problem definition and propose /create solutions. The person will also play an important role in the design, development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• 11 years of Information Technology experience

• 10 years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory and Order Management modules

• Have at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience, with hands-on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion (SaaS PaaS) SCM application (Procurement, Inventory & Order Management)

• Responsible for leading the requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support

• Strong experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions for very high transaction volumes and should have good experience of performance testing of solutions

• Should have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscape

• Knowledge on end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management is a must

• Experience in handling integration with external partners/ applications like – E-Commerce Portals, Part Catalogs, trading partners - Suppliers & Customers, EDI

• Must be comfortable in driving requirements workshops, CRPs and key design discussion sessions with client

• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams, OCI etc.,

• Track record of interacting and building relationship with CXO level client contacts

• Managing Client escalations as a Solution Architect

• Onsite-Offshore communication and work management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Knowledge in Oracle Cloud Technical, SQL, REST-API and BIP reports.

• Knowledge in Oracle Cloud Technical – SCM modules.

• Solution evaluations and recommendation – Lead the team in coming out with solution alternatives and takes the recommended solution alternatives to the customer, reviews the solution options and suggests improvements in order to get customer buy in the suggested alternatives
• Oracle Certification is preferred and Distribution Industry experience is a plus
