We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with a strong background in data science and hands-on experience in building and deploying agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of intelligent, autonomous agents that can perform complex, multi-step tasks across enterprise-grade AI solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, agentic orchestration, and vector databases, while shaping impactful consulting solutions across industries like Banking, Finance, and Capital Markets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must live within commuting distance Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

- At Least 2 years of experience in Design and implement agentic AI systems that leverage autonomous agents to perform complex, multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention.
- At Least 2 years of experience in Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar, enabling dynamic decision-making, task delegation, and tool integration.
- At Least 2 years of experience in Appling agentic AI principles to enhance automation, contextual reasoning, and adaptability in enterprise applications across domains such as data processing, customer support, and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with API Gateway development and deployment on Azure/GCP.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases and RAG pipelines.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and automation tools in AI/ML contexts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate multiple solution paths.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Domain expertise in Banking, Finance, or Capital Markets is a plus.
