Infosys is seeking Junior AI/ML Developer. As a developer, you will be a key player in the team to carry out development and maintenance support activities. Required Qualifications:
- The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Strong knowledge of PyTorch and experience with LangChain for AI workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS (EC2, SageMaker, Glue, S3, Lambda) and containerization using Docker.
- Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and integration with cloud services.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to design and implement model onboarding and deployment pipelines, including quantization and benchmarking for edge-AI hardware.
- Experience in building C microservices for real-time inference using frameworks like CrowCpp/Drogon.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI, including LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP, and model optimization techniques (AIMET, TensorRT, QNN).
- Experience in Agile methodology development.
- Proficiency in Python, C/C , SQL, and Java for AI/ML and backend development.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
