Job Description:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing communication with electronic data providers, including hospitals, labs, and clinics. You’ll also address issues related to electronic lab and case report data, test received data, and provide system feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and scripts based on system and workflow requirements.
• Identify and isolate root causes of issues, providing workarounds and fixes in a test environment.
• Monitor system issues and collaborate with developers and business staff to resolve them.
• Assist users with SQL queries and reports to analyze data.
• Work closely with end users, developers, and project managers to ensure system functionality.
Skills & Experience:
• 7 years of experience with SQL queries and debugging applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• User-level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience in the public health or medical industry is a plus.
Required:
• 7 years of SQL and testing experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
