We need someone with SAP MRP, SAP lot traceability Copilot studio experience.
Role Overview
• Senior domain expert to lead analysis, design, and implementation of intelligent supply chain solutions
• Combine SAP expertise in lot traceability, production planning, and quality management with AI application development
• Build and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• Translate complex supply chain challenges into scalable, user-friendly digital tools
Key Responsibilities
SAP Traceability & Supply Chain Analysis
• Lead end-to-end analysis of lot and batch traceability across SAP MM, PP, QM, and WM
• Identify gaps in batch genealogy, shelf-life tracking, and FEFO compliance
• Map traceability data across SAP tables (MCHA, MCH1, CHVW, MSEG)
• Implement SAP S/4HANA configuration improvements for batch and expiry management
• Ensure full recall readiness with backward and forward traceability
Demand Planning & MRP Optimization
• Analyze and improve MRP models and demand planning processes
• Optimize reorder points, safety stock, and planning strategies
• Configure MRP parameters such as lot sizing, planning horizon, and lead times
• Build demand planning models considering shelf life and seasonal demand
• Support forecasting using SAP IBP or APO (preferred)
AI & Copilot Studio Solutions
• Design and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Integrate SAP with Power Platform using OData APIs
• Develop solutions like traceability assistant, demand planning copilot, recall tool, and executive dashboards
• Build Power Automate workflows for alerts, approvals, and data orchestration
• Deploy solutions via Microsoft Teams and web channels
Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams
• Convert business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Prepare documentation, solution designs, and user guides
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Competencies
SAP Expertise
• Hands-on experience in SAP batch management, lot traceability, FEFO, and shelf-life configuration
• Expertise in at least three modules: MM, PP, QM, WM/EWM, or SD
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA
Demand Planning & MRP
• Proven experience in SAP MRP configuration and optimization
• Strong knowledge of safety stock, reorder points, and lot sizing
• Experience with SAP IBP or APO is a plus
Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform
• Experience building copilots, topics, and workflows
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Experience integrating SAP with Power Platform
Integration & Technical Skills
• Knowledge of OData APIs, REST services, and SAP BTP or middleware
• Experience with enterprise system integrations and AI solutions
Domain Expertise
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of FSMA, HACCP, allergen management, and traceability standards
• Experience in FMCG or nutrition manufacturing
Stakeholder Management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business users
• Experience conducting workshops and demos
Preferred Qualifications
• SAP Certification in MM, PP, or QM
• Microsoft Power Platform (PL-200) or Copilot Studio certification
• Experience with Azure AI or Generative AI integrations
• Knowledge of GS1 standards and RFID/barcode traceability
• Experience in SAP transformation projects in food or nutraceutical industries
