Job Title: Packaging Technician
Pay Rate: $19/Hr
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Newark, DE

Shift 1: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

Job description:

• An Operator completes a wide variety of production and manufacturing-related tasks in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.
• This role will involve manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.
• The position requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, and safety shoes.
• PPE will be provided by the Client.
• Individuals may be required to sit or stand for long periods.
• The position requires lifting materials to 50 lbs.
• Based on business needs, individuals may be required to work overtime and/or may be asked to modify their work hours.
• Operate the fill production manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect and package the finished product.
• Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
• Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues.
• Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.
• Comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies: FDA, ISO, OSHA, etc.
• Follow all area safety rules and procedures.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
