Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Vaccine Clinic
Location: Cambridge, MA
Shift: 4 x 8hr shifts one week and 5 x 8hr shifts the following week
Hours: 32 - 40hrs/week
Pay Rate: $65- $80/hr

Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories.
- Administer medications and injections accurately following established protocols, including IV infusions and medication management.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth to document patient care and medical records precisely.
- Assist with complex procedures such as catheterization, suturing, wound care, and sterile technique maintenance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with acute or chronic conditions.
- Provide specialized care in areas such as critical care, emergency medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or hospice & palliative medicine based on experience.
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies including nutrition, medication adherence, and discharge planning.
- Support triage processes in urgent care or emergency room settings to prioritize patient needs efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of all patient information.
Requirements:
- RN License
- BLS
Pay: $65.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
