Supply Chain Specialist

Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist - No Visa/OPTs

Pay Rate: $25/HR

Duration: 12 months

Location: Knoxville, TN

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch)

This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division

• Support 43 field sites by performing financial receipt of material
• Support shipping and receiving materials from the corporate warehouse and the field
• Work with finance on reports to minimize receiving and billing errors and corrections
• Provide metrics to field representatives on site performance
• Occasionally interact with site personnel to obtain physical inventory counts of specific material

Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work independently and interpret information, including financial & technical information
• Effectively communicate key information to cross-functional teams, including senior management
• Extensive knowledge of administrative tools such as Excel
• Technically skilled with proven ability to troubleshoot problems, solve abstract issues, interpret and implement policies & procedure
• s.Excellent attention to detail in the execution of job responsibilities
• Ability to stay focused and skilled at time management
• Ability to plan own work according to targets agreed, within a quarterly up to an annual cycle, by integrating resources in a project-driven environment
