Job Title: RN – Acute Care Rehab
Location: Evansville, IN
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days/Nights
Pay: $1900 - $2000 per week
Job Details:
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Acute Care Rehabilitation unit
- Perform patient assessments and monitor clinical progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with facility protocols
Requirements:
- Active RN License
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent Acute Care / Rehab experience req
- Active IN RN License is req
- Must have BLS Certification
Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,050.00 per week
