Job Title: Research Auditing Associate (AS/BS - Entry level)

Pay Rate: $30 to $31.6/Hr (Part time - 20 Hours a Week)

Duration: 12 Months (potential for further extension)

Location: Malvern, PA (Primarily Remote, 1 Day Onsite a Week)

Note - Flexible daily schedule hours in 1st Shift

This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics Division.

We are looking for a Data Auditing Associate to assist in resolving/addressing compliance and transparency issues as well as implementing and supporting the compliance strategies

• Researches analyzes, and remediates aggregate spend-relevant data as well as other compliance-related data to create information on the company’s Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses and Accounts Payable expenses.
• Assists in the creation and management of data assets, reports, and/or metrics to track, monitor, and audit compliance-related data used to communicate to various internal and/or external stakeholders.
• Integrity review and remediation of aggregate spend data via the use of third-party vendor transparency reporting tools, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Access), etc.
• Analyze and present various compliance tracking data for stakeholder review.

Requirement:

• 1-3 years auditing experience, healthcare industry experience is preferred
• Auditing skills for validation of data
• Detailed research and analytical skills
• Experience with expense processes is a plus
• Strong knowledge in the following: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Strong written, analytical, and verbal communication skills
• Capability to interact with all levels of personnel including management
• Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing information and applying policies
