Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry (Travel Assignment)
Location: Pikeville, KY

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team for a night-shift travel assignment in Pikeville, KY. Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate nursing care to adult Med Surg/Telemetry patients
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Communicate effectively with providers, charge nurses, and support staff
- Adhere to all hospital and unit-specific protocols, including patient safety and infection control standards
Requirements
- 2–5 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience
- 1–2 years of travel nursing experience
- Active RN license (Kentucky or Compact)
- BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently on night shift
- Ability to commit to a 13–26-week contract, with potential for extension
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 per week
