Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to inform individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform wound suturing with precision following aseptic techniques.
- Manage complex clinical procedures such as catheterization, ventilator management, dialysis, and tube feeding in accordance with best practices.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks to document patient care accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care including case management, discharge planning, pain management, and triage for urgent or emergent cases.
- Provide specialized care for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, patients with developmental disabilities or dementia, and those requiring hospice or palliative medicine.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols while maintaining meticulous medical records and documentation.
Requirements:
- RN License
- BLS
