What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packer/ Assembler position at Infosmart Technologies Inc?
Duties
- Assemble sub-assemblies and components according to detailed instructions and drawings
- Follow exact assembly specifications and prepare products for QA inspection
- Perform departmental testing procedures to ensure products meet required specifications
- Identify and reject non-conforming parts; complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) as needed
- Print labels and package products according to specifications
- Document revision levels, lot numbers, and serial numbers for quality tracking
- Utilize SAP to enter shop floor transactions
- Follow ISO 9001 and STERIS compliance requirements
- Notify Lead or Supervisor of any defects or issues
- Participate in and promote a strong safety culture
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on assembly experience (from drawing to packaging) in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail with a “right the first time” quality mindset
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic data entry and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English)
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
