Description:
The City seeks a full time Oracle Apex full stack developer to support a robust financial application supporting key revenue streams for the City. Candidate must be experienced with designing and executing complex Oracle SQL logic in the integration of data to support its Oracle Enterprise Resource planning system.
Technical Skill:
Oracle Apex full stack developer, including gathering requirements, developing and implementing browser-based applications using, Application Express - 10 Years
Experience designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex - 10 Years
Experience in developing scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration - 10 Years
Experience in developing External Tables, Joins, Indexes and sequences. Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed. - 10 Years
Query optimization, performance and tuning (PL/SQL) using SQL Trace, Explain Plan, Indexing, Hints, Bulk Binds, Bulk Collect Required - 10 Years
Experience debugging complex applications and remediating defects in a fast paced environment. - 10 Years
Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools - 10 Years
Ability to lead groups/gather requirements/define solution sets and remediate defects - 10 Years
