Duties
- Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, following detailed instructions and safety guidelines
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and supplies safely within the facility
- Support the setup and breakdown of manufacturing lines to ensure continuous production flow
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the factory environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members on various tasks, including inventory management and packaging finished goods
- Follow all safety protocols diligently to uphold a secure work environment at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line operations is advantageous
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts is desirable
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
