Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm –11:00pm
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Quarterly Bonus Opportunities

The Role
We’re looking for a Print Operator to join our Production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate high-speed digital printing equipment, monitor quality, and help keep customer projects accurate and on schedule.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate high-speed laser and inkjet printing equipment
- Prepare and coordinate print jobs from setup through completion
- Monitor print quality and reprint damaged or defective documents as needed
- Stage and safely change paper rolls
- Operate finishing equipment, including folders, bundlers, and stackers
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Work with internal teams to resolve production issues and meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Previous print, copy, or production experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Fiery, Prisma, TotalFlow, or roll-fed equipment is a plus
