What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Equipment Specialist position at InfoSeal?
InfoSeal is a manufacturer of transactional and mass marketing direct mail products.
Pressure Seal direct mail products require specialized folder/sealer equipment.
We are willing to train ideal candidate on technical details of our equipment offering but ideal candidate will have some basic knowledge of Formax, Welltec folder/sealers or sometimes known as buckel folders. Some knowledge of high speed printers (Canon, Ricoh, Xerox Ink Jet and Laser Printers, and of course - general mechanical knowledge ) is necessary.
Position is responsible for servicing customer's issues over the phone and disbatching in-person service (if needed). Position will be required to do monthly inventory as well as billing for parts and service as well as extending/offering annual service contracts with customers. Basic accounting knowledge required.
Will provide training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
