This is a full-time, W-2 sales opportunity offering a guaranteed base salary, uncapped sales incentives, renewal opportunities, and company-provided leads.
You'll help clients understand their Medicare and health insurance options and make informed decisions based on their individual needs, while having the support, tools, and carrier access to build long-term client relationships and grow your book of business.

What You'll Do
As a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, you'll educate clients on available insurance options and help them select coverage that fits their individual needs.
Your primary focus will include Medicare and individual health insurance, with opportunities to support clients across additional health, life, and ancillary insurance products.
You'll have access to multiple carriers and company-provided leads, allowing you to focus on consultative selling, relationship building, and growing your client base.

What We're Looking For
- Active Health & Life Insurance license required
- Sales, insurance, or client relationship experience
- Medicare or senior-market experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to educate clients and explain insurance options in an easy-to-understand way
- Motivated by both client service and sales results
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
