Associate Medical Director

inFORME healthcare is growing and seeking a Hospitalist, Associate Medical Director (Internal/Family Medicine) Physician preferably with inpatient rehab hospital experience). The ideal candidate must have leadership background, be Board Certified (or Board Eligible if Internal/Family Medicine) and have inpatient hospitalist experience. You will work with a well-established and prestigious group and stellar known for their track record in clinical excellence and outcomes.

This opportunity will range from 10-15 shifts per month working alternating weeks with other providers in a busy 35 bed Inpatient Rehab Hospital. Your shifts are highly flexible in lieu of a 12-hour shift and range from 5-6 hours. You also have the option to have APP support as census grows. This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times in lieu of a 12-hr. shift requirement.

Additionally, we offer a very robust compensation and benefit package including an Associate Medical Director stipend, shift reimbursement including RVU incentive and bonus opportunity for higher census days. The physician will oversee the medicine team and help lead the clinical framework and processes of the hospital as well as diagnosing and treating patients in a collegiate, compassionate, patient centered environment with a tenured, cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.
