We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU or similar settings.
- Perform patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and diagnostic evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Utilize advanced medical technologies and equipment, including ventilators and IV infusion systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct triage assessments for incoming patients, prioritizing care based on acuity levels.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to NCQA standards.
Job Details
- NIGHTS 7p-7a - 36 hrs/week (every other weekend).
- ASN Required Experience
- 2-5 years of ICU experience required
- Trauma level I Facility Experience is preferred
- Previous travel experience preferred
- EPIC experience required
- Will float as needed to ICU and PCU
- BLS and ACLS License
- Current MA RN License
- COVID Vaccines Booster required
- Flu vaccine required
Pay: $78.52 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
