We are urgently hiring compassionate and dependable LPNs and RNs for full-time, part-time, and temporary assignments in Duxbury, MA.
Pay Rates
- LPN: $47–$50/hour
- RN: $54–$57/hour
Available Shifts
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Massachusetts LPN or RN license
- Current BLS Certification (Required)
- Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and committed to providing quality patient care
Responsibilities
- Coordinate physician visits and maintain accurate resident documentation
- Manage new admissions and hospital returns
- Monitor residents' health, nutrition, and changes in condition
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Assist with resident care and activities of daily living as needed
- Educate residents and families on individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
