What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Solutions Architect position at INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STRATEGIES INC?
Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to work for our company.
Summary:
- Client Agency is the Customs & Border Protection
- Responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Works closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentoring junior team members, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Expected to stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and continuously improve our Salesforce environment.
- Possess deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Establish enterprise architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Lead platform modernization, technical roadmaps, and capability evolution.
- Develop and Implement FinOps and Cost Optimization strategies.
- Develops and Implement Governance and Stakeholder Engagement strategies
Requirements:
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Must have Eight (8) years of experience in an IT related field.
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- Must have strong communication skills.
