Qualifications
- Work experience with: end-user support, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems in a LAN environment
- Comp TIA Security required
- Minimum 1 years of network or programming experience; A /NET certification preferred
- Associates Degree preferred
- Previous years of experience in computing industry will be considered in lieu of degree
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures as it relates to Windows desktop and peripheral support
- Knowledge of PHP, Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, XML, HTML/XHTML, .NET and ASP.NET Framework development a plus

Job Goal
Supports the district by installing and supporting Windows desktops, peripherals, and application software packages
Essential Functions
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Supports LANs in regards to Windows desktops and peripheral installation and maintenance
- Installs and configures Windows desktops and applications
- Prepares and maintains site level documentation
- Improves technical skills by researching manuals and reading related technical publications
- Travels within district as required (travel reimbursement when applicable)
- Recommends repairs to the Enterprise Architect
- Typically reports to the Enterprise Architect or project leader
- Performs other related duties as requested or assigned
