About the Role

We’re looking for a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex network environments that keep our organization connected and secure. In this role, you’ll architect local and wide-area solutions, drive network automation initiatives, and work hands-on with routing, switching, and security technologies across multi-vendor platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and manage advanced LAN/WAN solutions across diverse platforms and protocols (including IP and VOIP).
• Support and troubleshoot high-level network issues to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other critical network devices.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure network solutions.
• Implement and maintain network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible).
• Manage network virtualization technologies such as SDN and VXLAN.
• Monitor performance and security using enterprise tools like SolarWinds or Nagios.
• Contribute to network policies, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience in network engineering, design, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of advanced routing protocols (EIGRP, IS-IS) and QoS.
• Hands-on experience with network automation (Python, Ansible) and virtualization (SDN, VXLAN).
• Proficiency in network security technologies—firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP or higher (CCIE a plus).
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
• Background with VOIP protocols (SIP, RTP).
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of network performance tuning and monitoring tools.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience (Master’s degree 3 years also accepted).
