Project:
- The Applications Analyst – Integrations is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise application integrations across multiple business systems. This role works closely with business stakeholders, application teams, and technical staff to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange between systems while improving business processes and customer experience.
- The analyst will support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) applications, Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), CityWorks, enQuesta, and other enterprise platforms.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
- 8 years of progressive experience as an Applications Analyst, Systems Analyst, Integration Analyst, or related IT role.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise application integrations.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Integration development and design.
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B).
- Strong SQL development skills including stored procedures and database design.
- Strong business process analysis and workflow documentation skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
