Seeking Independent Contractors-1099 Position
We are seeking Independent Contractors to join our team
Our Independent Contractors will complete on-site surveys for insurance underwriting purposes. You will identify all hazards or concerns and provide photographs and measurements for Residential and Commercial properties.
Requirements:
*Knowledge of construction materials (Roofing, Siding, Foundations)
*Professional conduct
*Ability to take Quality Photos with a smart phone.
*Current Vehicle Insurance
*Drivers License
*Must pass a pre-employment background check, and motor vehicle report
Equipment:
*Reliable vehicle
*Windows based computer
*6-foot monopod or camera pole
*Measuring device (Measuring Wheel)
*High Speed Internet
*Smart phone(Use our Photo app)
Working as an Independent Contractors offers:
