Communications Specialist - Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in communications, public relations, or related roles.
- Basic project management and event planning skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and manage timelines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Mailchimp for managing and analyzing email campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook for scheduling and communication management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor content to different audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Communications Specialist - Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective internal and external communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage and maintain email campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp, ensuring effective audience segmentation, content development, and performance tracking.
