About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our client’s team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will focus on managing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong functional and technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively with business and technical teams to drive value through ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the ongoing transition from Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.

- Assist in the setup, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business requirements.
- Partner with technical teams to design and implement integrations with third-party systems and applications.
- Provide user training, documentation, and support for issue resolution.
- Support ERP-related projects to ensure on-time, successful delivery.
- Monitor system performance, upgrades, and industry best practices to propose ongoing improvements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for workflow and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- 8 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules.
- Deep understanding of standard accounting, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- Experience with ISV add-ons for BC/NAV and system integrations.
- Familiarity with extensions, AL programming, APIs, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
