The typical base salary range for this position is $164,000 - $261,500 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $196,800 - $285,300 annually.

Responsibilities & Impact
- Narrative Ownership: Scale and own MuleSoft's flagship portfolio narrative framework, anchoring messaging within its core pillars: Open by Design, Engineered for Trust, and High Velocity Delivery.
- Unified Data Strategy: Co-own the joint MuleSoft Informatica Data 360 application and data integration positioning to deliver a unified "Trusted Context" narrative.
- AI-First Portfolio GTM: Influence and drive positioning for the AI-native product portfolio by unifying solutions such as Agent Fabric, Anypoint Platform, Omni Gateway, and Trusted Agent Identity.
- Technical Architecture Storytelling: Craft the canonical story for how MuleSoft functions as the agentic control plane for the headless enterprise, highlighting headless architectures, and advanced AI gateway features.
- Sales Enablement & Field Readiness: Support a high-impact library of sales plays, pitch decks, demo scripts, battlecards, and objection handling tailored to technical and line-of-business personas.
- Analyst Relations & Category Leadership: Engage directly and support preparation for meetings with key analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) to influence category definitions and placement.
- Executive Engagement: Partner directly with senior leadership (GMs, CMOs) to develop mainstage keynote content and demo concepts for flagship global events, including Dreamforce and Connect:AI.
- 10 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions engineering, or executive content development in enterprise software.
- Credible technical fluency with relevant topics such as integration, APIs, enterprise architecture, and microservices design.
- Proven track record of crafting mainstage keynote narratives and partnering directly with senior leadership (SVP and C-level executives).
- Excellent tactical execution and writing skills across diverse formats (keynote scripts, executive briefs, blogs, and customer-facing decks) with the ability to deal with ambiguity and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in the AI, integration, iPaaS, data management, or API management space.
- Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, open protocols including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A), and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and market effectively to both developer communities and business line-of-business audiences.
- Prior background as a developer, solutions architect, sales engineer, or product manager that has been translated into a marketing career.
