The typical base salary range for this position is $148,500 - $260,100 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $178,900 - $285,800 annually.
The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.

What you’ll be doing:

You will collaborate with the Engineering and Development teams to ensure the designed service is fully operational with streamlined processes and procedures for ongoing support and maintenance.
Some of the things you'll be doing include...
- Identify areas where software can be developed to provide operational efficiency and detailed visibility into metrics and ongoing activities to the customer.
- Identify areas where software and AI based automation can be developed to reduce errors, increase availability and velocity of operations.
- Enhance our automation capabilities and develop orchestration to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Design, develop and test software keeping a, b and c in mind and working with other engineers on the team.
- Support Puppet and Oracle operational work.
- Be excellent in organization and time management.
- Excellent analytical and coding skills.
- Must have expertise in Python, Javascript, Go
- Experience in Postgress, Terraform, Kubernetes, Karpenter is preferred.
- Knowledge in Database Operations.
- Experience in public cloud skills AWS/GCP
- Experience with Puppet
- Knowledge in Elastic Search/Kibana stack.
- Knowledge in REST APIs.

- Demonstrate high proficiency in engineering best practices, such as accessibility, fault tolerance, concurrency, reusability, extensibility, API design, maintainability, security, scalability, testability, and overall quality.
- Driver. You can lead engineers by example in continuously improving both the quality and productivity of your deliverables.
- Doer. Demonstrate a consistent track record of driving the creation of features that are impactful to our customers.
- Influencer. Participate in the reviews of other teams' designs, and provide constructive and clear feedback when reviewing the work of others.
- Communicator. Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal partners (Architects, other teams, Support Engineers, and so on) and stakeholders to share information, resolve dependencies or problems, and integrate feedback.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
- 6 years of Engineering experience
- Experience in AWS and GCP
- Excellent programming skills in Python / Java / Terraform / Go
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive and forward thinking attitude and creative problem solving ability
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams
- Systems: Experience in Cloud Technologies like AWS and GCP
