The typical base salary range for this position is $148,500 - $223,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $178,900 - $246,000 annually.
The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Pricing Strategy, and Sales to develop and optimize pricing and packaging strategies for new and existing products.
- Conduct pricing performance analysis, customer segmentation, competitive benchmarking, and structured market research to inform pricing decisions.
- Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for MuleSoft, coordinating go-to-market readiness including pricing configuration, SKU creation, and cross-functional internal enablement.
- Build and maintain pricing dashboards that incorporate AI-driven forecasting and anomaly detection to surface pricing leakage and usage trends.
- 4 years in pricing, product operations, strategy, or business operations, preferably in tech or Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with expertise in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL or business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and drive alignment across Product, Finance, and Sales.
- Familiarity with product lifecycles, monetization mechanics, and operational systems such as Salesforce, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Experience pricing subscription or usage-based products.
- Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate market research, draft pricing documentation, and automate routine operational tasks.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of proactively identifying opportunities to use automation and AI to improve operational efficiency.
