The Person we would like to have join our firm will have/be
- Minimum a BA in Architecture
- 5 years post graduate experience with the last 1 year in a Project Manager level position
- The ability to work with other assigned team members toward the successful and profitable completion of all aspects of concurrent client projects
- Passion for:
- great design
- managing clients and all aspects of their projects to all-around successful completion
- advancing their career
- Detail and goal oriented
- Well organized
- An in-depth working knowledge of Hawai'i building code and the tools of our profession including Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, InDesign, MS Office, etc.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of and effective concern with Architecture Project accounting and profitability
- A desire to participate in the overall growth and advancement of the firm
Compensation
· Starting Base Exempt Salary: $65,000 Annually
