Description & Requirements

The Corporate Operations Manager will work closely with the Corporate Operations team to support organization, consistency, and follow-through across reporting, project management, and operational activities that align with enterprise priorities. The role includes coordinating the monthly Corporate Priorities reporting process by collecting updates, tracking progress, and preparing materials for leadership review. The position also supports and manages special projects within Corporate Operations to enhance visibility, planning, and execution related to Infor’s priorities. The role requires the ability to manage projects, maintain accuracy, and work effectively in situations involving shifting or unclear requirements. Responsibilities rely on applying a structured approach to organization and communication.


A Day in the Life Typically Includes

  • Supporting the Corporate Operations team in managing the monthly Corporate Priorities reporting cadence, including tracking inputs, coordinating stakeholder outreach, and confirming accuracy and completeness.
  • Compiling and formatting data-informed updates for leadership reports and presentations.
  • Interpreting reports, identifying actionable information, and communicating findings to support decision-making.
  • Maintaining and updating the Corporate Operations program management asset library, including templates, tools, and reference materials, and ensuring consistency and accessibility.
  • Assisting with operational coordination for meetings, workshops, and cross-functional reviews.
  • Supporting and managing special projects across Corporate Operations.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items to document next steps and track completion.
  • Using standard Corporate Operations templates to support consistent structure and alignment across programs and projects.
  • Using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar) to organize deliverables, document progress, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Contributing to efforts that strengthen workflows, simplify processes, and improve efficiency through standardized structure and communication.


Basic Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple tasks concurrently, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating and communicating with colleagues at various levels.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience learning and using new tools or platforms.
  • Experience adopting and applying tools, templates, and standardized practices.
  • Experience working with changing priorities and timelines.
  • Experience identifying and implementing solutions to operational challenges.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management principles, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp or Smartsheet.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in project coordination or operations.
