Scope of Services:
• Translate business needs into requirements for a technical audience, including creating user stories,synthesizing use cases, defining acceptance criteria, and documenting feature overviews
• Work within a cross-functional team to ensure the solutions meets business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and supporting documentation.
• Support project management activities including planning, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Participate in and support interactions with clients to collect business requirements and driveproduct adoption
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders andtranslate them into detailed functional and technical designs.
• Serve as a point of contact for product feature clarification and internal consulting.
• Support stakeholders in defining business objectives and value to effectively prioritize the product backlog
Mandatory Skills/Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on legacy replacement systems andworkflow development projects

• Ability to define test scenarios and conditions, create test plans and facilitates testing according toplan in support of UAT.
