Mandatory Qualifications
Level II-More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Automation Engineer
Level II- More than seven (7) years of Salesforce development experience using various Salesforce products (e.g. Service Cloud, Data Cloud , CRM/Case Management etc).
Level II- More than 3 years of experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC where needed to automate business process and case management processes.
Desirable Qualifications
6 months of expereince in integrating Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware (MuleSoft and other API & integration platforms).
1 year of experience in Salesforce data model and security model
6 months of experience in configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
6 months of experience in configuring case management for public sector.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certificate
