The client seeks a skilled UKG (Pro, Ready, Dimensions) expert to design, configure, and maintain UKG systems. This role focuses on Plan Build/Configuration and file feeds (834, CSV), supporting workforce management, payroll, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, optimize, and support UKG Pro, Ready, and Dimensions systems.
- Build and manage benefit plans, payroll setups, and timekeeping configurations.
- Develop and maintain 834 and CSV file feeds for HR, payroll, and benefits data.
- Ensure seamless integrations with third-party systems; troubleshoot data flow issues.
- Maintain compliance and data security standards.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to align system functionality with business needs.
- Conduct testing (UAT), document configurations, and provide end-user training.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with UKG Pro, Ready, and Dimensions.
- Strong background in plan configuration and benefits administration.
- Expertise with 834/CSV file feeds and HRIS integrations.
- Understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field (preferred).
Preferred:
- Experience with SQL, APIs, or middleware integrations.
- Knowledge of ACA, COBRA, and benefits compliance.
- Previous HRIS Analyst or Payroll Systems Administrator experience.
